When driving I play radio. My D roid turboo comes on and Google asks what I want....often it calls someone. I have to turn phone off when driving or watching TV. Any suggestions?
Jlj317The Droid Turbo is a very nice device. We definitely want to ensure it is working properly. Could you please elaborate on what is going on? Are you connecting your phone to your cars Bluetooth? Are you watching movies while driving? What apps are you using?ChristopherM_VZWFollow us on TWITTER @VZWSupportIf my response answered your question please click the _Correct Answer_ button under my response. My phone is on home page, not on Bluetooth. It is not in use. I literally
look over at my handbag and see a light. It is my phone on with screen on
Google asking me to repeat that. I reach over and pull up home screen and
push off button to darken screen and a few minutes later it will be back on
and maybe same question or making a call. I am listening to car radio or
sometimes it happens at home when I have my phone nearby while watching
TV. Phone only used for calls, texts, email and Facebook, utube. No
movies, games etc. 99% of time I use WiFi not data.
Thank you.

Jlj317, this is very strange that Google is doing that. We are not giving up until we get this fixed for you so you can enjoy the stellar service. Let's look into this together. When did this start? Is the device software updated? Settings>System updates. Please put the device in safe mode http://vz.to/1KPtWZR. This will disable all third party applications. Please test the device in safe mode and let us know if Google is still making those random phone calls.
