We were induced to switch three phone lines from Sprint to Verizon at a company store. We traded in our old I-Phones and received three new I-phone 6 (no payment required for the new phones). We were induced to change by the company rep who wrote down we would receive $150 x3 = $450 credit on our bill within 3 billing cycles. That never happened. Verizon has used every excuse why, including the "Edge" excuse that doesn't make sense because we had nothing due on the new phones and we did everything the store rep asked us to do when we switched.
I am taking Verizon to small claims court- interested who else has been de-frauded.
