hi everyone
i bought a brand new still in box htc 626 desire prepaid from wal mart today. activated the device, got a service plan on it, used it a couple times, made a phone call, sent some texts, used the web a bit. got home and put in my sd memory card and when i turned the phone around to face me, i saw the screen was blank, so i held in the power button waiting for the familiar vibrate sound, NOTHING!!! it would not turn on, and when i plugged it into a wall charger, it came up and said 0% battery. right before this, the battery was 60% but after it said 0%, the screen went blank again. no matter which way i pushed buttons nothing will get it to come back on, and ive had it in my wall charger for 3 hours now!
safe to say i am one unhappy customer! anyone got any help
