I cant find a phone number to call a real person
It is under the Contact Us link at the top of every Verizon Wireless web page. The number is 1-800-922-0204 or *611 and select option 4.
If you find that getting a hold of someone via the 800 number isn't working for you, you can always reach out to them on Twitter. They seem to be pretty quick with the turn around response. Also, if you're having an issue that isn't account related, you can always chime in here on the forum. There are plenty of folks who are willing to offer insight and help if possible.
