I have the note 4. The phone continually locks up the screen freezes and sometimes goes black
Have you tried a factory reset?
How old is it? You have a 1 year manufactures warranty and may be able to get a refurbished device.
It is no fun having your phone to constantly lock up sugarpop. Where does your phone usually freeze up at? Are you in a particular applicaiton? Are you able to go back to the home screen and use your device or do you have to restart it?
