i reset my vortex to factory setting but its not activated and now i cant use it for wifi or games
You can bypass the activation portion after factory reset by tapping the back or home buttons usually. This will allow you to skip the whole activation part. If not, these steps should work:
can you reactivate it just long enough to set up wifi, and then reactivate your actual phone again?
