I'm unable to use my phone when away from WiFi. Out of the blue I get "mobile network is disconnected" message. How do I connect?
Let's get you back to being connected to our network. The first thing to do is make sure your Mobile Data is turned On. You can check this under Settings. Also make sure the Data Roaming is turned On as well.
