When will Verizon push the OTA Lolliop 5.11 update to the Galaxy Note 4??? :smileysad:
Sprint, T-Mobile customers already have the update!
I'm with you on this one. They need to get this fixed and the only fix is with some sort of update.
on the phone now with tech support , more finger pointing . 1st its samsung thats holding it up , 2nd it was google , now the are telling me there is no issues with the phone . the truth of the matter is VERIZON doesnt care about their customers . if they cared they would actually read these forums and stand behind their customers that pay the highest prices for service then verizon would get the issue fixed or get us out of these anchors for phones . every time i call in its a new story , i still find it funny that customers were told the update to 5.1.1 would be mid to end july. then the note 5 was announced and all we get now is hey you can update your phone for a few if you would like .
We are now being told this month. I'm not gonna hold my breath lol.

As a note, AT&T Customers have started receiving Lollipop 5.1.1 for the Note 4 not too long ago. Verizon is the last major carrier to have this updated pushed.
Getting on the phone with a vzw rep and asking for the release date of an update is as useful as a football bat.
