Everyone in this thread needs to be more clear about their issue and location.
I'm in Raleigh NC. Phone received incoming calls at 13:00 but after that all calls go straight to voicemail and I am unable to dial out. Texts work.
How much clearer do you need it?

I am having the same problem on all 4 of my iPhone 5c's. Please help 2 of the devices have the current update and 2 don't.
I'm in Apex NC. Can't call out or receive calls. Started close to 3pm
Texts are working through my Apple ID only not via my phone number
How much clearer do people need to be? No one in Raleigh can make or receive phone calls. Verizon is doing a pathetic job addressing the issue.
Having the same problem in Brier Creek. Updated to iOS 9 two days ago. Able to send texts but can't send or receive calls.

There's a massive outage, apparently affecting the Triangle area and eastward.
I'm having the same problem in Pinehurst, NC with an S4. Worked fine around 12 then I realized this afternoon I couldn't place or recieve calls. Everything incoming is going straight to voicemail which i can't check since I can't place calls.
I'm in Sanford NC area. At around 3pm today, I could not make or receive calls either on my iphone 5S. Only text msgs and it is still happening now 2 1/2 hours later.

Located near Fuquay Varina here - also cannot get or make voice calls. Verizon 4G. iPhone 5s. iOS9.
If you have data but no calling capability, turn on Advanced Calling for the time being. Then you can make calls.
How do you turn on Advance Calling?

db0064037, we don't want this to be an ongoing issue on you and your wife's devices. Have you powered your phones off since this problem started? What happens when you attempt to place an outbound call from your phone? Do you hear an automated message?
