Upgraded and returned device but have issues

Recently I upgraded my phone at a Verizon store. I returned my old device and yesterday I received the phone back stating it did not power on and off. I took it out of the packaging it was sent back to me in, plugged it into a charger and it turned right on. So I'm not sure what's going on. Help?

That's no good at all. I think some extra documentation would be a good idea. If there is a Verizon Wireless store near you, take it in to them and show them that it is working and ask them to remark it in your account. Then send the phone back either through them or with a shipping label from us.
