phone is not working on in coming or outgoing phone calls. All other functions are working.

Please call into Technical support for another device, you can dial #8899 to directly reach tech support.
Its most likely your network connection inside your voice settings, a simple resync of your network should resolve the issue!
If you are able to,
1. power the device off
2. pull out the sim card
3. turn device on without the SIM card and let the device register that there is no SIM
4. power off device, re insert the sim card.
5. power device back on and dial #832 for a smart phone, and *228 for a basic/programming.
I tried that. It didn't work. I don't have a phone to call from
