My LG G4 screen dims goes black for a second and then turns right back on. This using up my battery quickly. I turned off the knock on feature, removed the screen protector, and even did factory reboot. Anyone else have this issue?
Sounds like it could be an ambient light sensor issue causing the screen to dim and brighten.. Hardware issues are sometimes not resolved with a reset. Might need to inquire about a warranty replacement.
