Ellipsis tablet goes to red verizon screen constantly after unlocking and won't allow me to access anything? Any ideas on how to fix this?
You may have to perform a factory reset. How long have you let it sit on the red screen?
After I enter the unlock code it momentarily goes to the home screen and with in 10 seconds it goes back to the red verizon screen for 10 seconds, then goes immediately back to the locked screen. This is happening constantly, the only thing I tryed is restarting it and the same thing happens. Any ideas?
Hmm...other than a factory reset, which everything will be deleted, you could see if you can delete the cache. Not sure if the tablet functions the same though; on an android phone you can go through the steps to factory reset; power off device, hold the volume button, home button and power button.
Before you do a factory reset. Tutn the unit off, take the SIM card out reinsert the sim and turn the unit back on see if that helps out.
Hi I tried the factory reset the way you suggested and the tablets screen has been saying "intializing" for past 24 hours. I tryed restarting it and after unlocking it it went right back to the same "intializing" screen. Any ideas how to fix this?
