I am unable to hear the person on the other end of a phone call when they are talking.
Oh my goodness, it is imperative that you are able to hear the other party. We will get down to the bottom of this together. When did this start happening? Are you able to hear when on speakerphone? Any liquid or physical damage to the phone?
