Galaxy S4 - Backup Assistant Plus error msg "Provisioning Failed".

Received replacement Galaxy S4 for damaged Galaxy S4. Unable to transfer Contacts and Photos. Spent over an hour at Verizon Store and they were able to get the contacts transferred and told me the photos would follow. Still have not got my photos. When I try Backup Assistant Plus, I receive error msg "Provisioning Failed. Backup Assistant Plus has lost network connection. Please try again." Any suggestions?

C.Jen, having all of your pictures on the device is very important. I want to make sure that we get them back on to your replacement device. Let's get right to work on this issue. When you try to run the back up are you connected to your wi-fi network or to the cellular network? I would recommend on trying to run the back up on just the Cellular network and see if you're able to successfully bring all of your photots over to the phone. Please keep us posted.
