Ever since I updated my [removed] iPhone 5s I can be online and it shows that it goes into the background how do I fix this

Go to Settings > Safari > Open Links: choose In New Tab or In Background.
trouble2001, going online should be nice and easy especially after a software update. What browser are you using? What do you mean by it goes in to the background?
