If only I had known, I'd have skipped this thing. Totally worthless, the screen resolution is horrible, it freezes constantly while watching videos. Am I really stuck paying for this thing now? At this point I'm almost insulted enough to have sprint buy my contract out and just pay my way out of dealing with this paper weight.
