I ordered a lg g 3 from a tech who was helping me get a better phone. Took me all day just to get it to go through on August 14th. I was told i would get my phone on Tuesday. No phone. Called customer service. I was told because i used a debit card that i had put 33.00 dollars on it was not approved. The rep said he got it approved and i would get it Wednesday. No phone again. Called again. Told it was declined. They messed with it. Told me the card was declined. Wanted a credit card. I do not have one. So they told me they will call me. I feel like i am being screwed with. I am getting pretty upset. I have 33 dollars loaded on a card that i told i could use with verizon. Now i am being told it was declined. Now what verizon?. How about you do what you promised and give me my phone you promised. And stop messing with me.
