Unplugged network extender that has been working great now won't come back up. Why???

I Had to unplug my network extender to change to a different outlet. It's all still in the same place and I never disconnected it from the wifi or gps. I just unplugged it for 30 seconds and plugged it right back in. How long will it taje now to come back up?

It's possible, given the time of day and weather conditions that it might take 15 min to 3 hours or more before you come back in alignment with the satellites and all other things needed to make all the lights blue again.
