Home page blank

I just got a motorola droid turbo and want to create a blank home page so my wallpaper isn't blocked by a bunch of icons and then on neighboring pages I want my icons accessible how do I do this not sure if you all are familiar but something similar to my samsung for my Nexus galaxy for my samsung 5

The Motorola Droid Turbo uses the stock Android UI for the most part and you need at least one icon or widget on a screen to have blank one that isn't the home screen. Otherwise the UI will add screens as you add icons to more screens. Samsung customizations allowed for multiple blank screens and to edit the total number of screens.
