Iphone 5s in Toronto on Mexico & Canada Talk, Text, & Data plan

I signed up for this plan for $25 per month. What settings should be entered on a Verizon Iphone 5s for use in Toronto (e.g. turning of CMDA)? How can I tell that I am connected through the plan rather than incurring roaming charges? Which carrier should the phone be connected to?

Hope your enjoying Toronto, max123456789. You will want to make sure data roaming and international cdma are turn on under cellular. You may also need to reset network settings.

As far as the plan goes any signal you pick up while there will count towards the plan rather then roaming(even thought the phone might say roaming).
