My Jetpack WiFi 6620L service has gotten absolutely terrible in the past months. It often even drops service right here in town where it should be super strong and I use to get 12.5Mg/s. I am an Unlimited Corporate Customer paying thru the nose. However I'm not getting what we are paying for....
My QUESTION: Is Verizon idling back the Service for heavier users who are paying for an Unlimited Plan? AT&T just got caught doing and this and received the largest fine in the history of the industry by the FCC???
Should Chairman Wheeler also be looking into Unlimited Service by Verizon to see if customers are getting what they are paying for?
