My galaxy S5 can send but not get any texts?

I just recently switched from my dad's plan to my mom's plan (kept the same S5, just have a different sim card and #). I am able to send messages (they have been confirmed to be received by other people) but I am not able to receive messages from them. Calling works fine and apparently group messages work, but individual texts do not.

We want to make sure all of your messages are working, DaBwyan61. It's odd that group messages are working, but not individuals. Have you rebooted your device? Upon powering up, do any missing messages come through? What message application are you using?
