I can't turn call forwaring off and can't hook to mobile data

If you have any other internet access while in the US, you can log into My Verizon and turn off call waiting from a desktop browser as well.

Oh no! Well I'm glad you stopped by to ask us here. To deactivate call forwarding, you would dial *73 and send, but you do need to have a cellular connection to get this to work. I would love to get this up and running for you. Do you have WiFi turned on? If so, please turn that off and check to see if your cellular data is turned on. Let us know what happens after this.

I've tried that it still says call lost and then says can not be turned off

while phone is roaming. I still can not make a call however I can recieve

most calls
