How do I unlock my sim, I accidentally locked..and what is a/my PUK code?

The PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) is utilized to reset a blocked SIM card and must be obtained via the My Verizon website before proceeding.

1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings > Phone > SIM PIN.
2. Ensure that the SIM PIN switch is turned on (in the green position).
   If prompted, enter the 4-digit passcode then tap Done.
3. Tap Change PIN.
4. Enter the current SIM PIN info then tap Done.
   If an invalid PUK is entered too many times, the SIM card is permanently disabled.
5. Enter the new SIM PIN then tap Done.
6. Re-enter the SIM PIN then tap Done.
