LG transpyre problems

Anyone had problems with their phone restarting by itself, going to the red verizon logo page then going back to the locked screen for about 20 seconds and it does it again? Tried restarting in safe mode and does the same thing. Tried removing sim card and sd card and same thing. Was able to uninstall some recently installed apps and same thing. Any ideas?

It's an LG Transpyre prepaid phone. Had it for about one year never had any problems.

grezyvz, we want to ensure your device is working properly for you. I can certainly assist you regarding this matter so we can get your device back to normal function and you loving your phone again. Please disable your data connection by placing your Transpyre into Airplane mode immediately after a fresh reboot. Then, go to Settings>Application Manager>All>Google Play services and uninstall updates. Lastly, power the device off and back on and turn airplane mode off and see if the issue still occurs. Keep us posted.

It's best to go ahead and try a full factory reset. I would not back up any apps though. Backup the files you need, pictures, ect...but NO APPS. Download only the ones you need fresh from the Play Store. They will still be in your account, so you don't have to hunt them down again.
