Why am I not able to view my message and call logs anymore when I sign into myverizon? These are very important things to be able to view if you have teenage children.
The logs are still there; have you cleared your browser history and then logged back in to My Verizon?
Forgot to add that if you're trying to log in from your phone, you need to be using the desktop version of My Verizon, i.e.,
