One phone on my account is eligible to upgrade, the other however is not eligible until Oct 2016. My question is if we upgrade the phone that is is eligible now will that change our contract? Can we change our contract?  I had an S5 and cracked the screen and did not have warranty on it so I am wondering if we upgrade my husband's phone that is eligible and our plan changes if i will then be eligible Oct 2015 to upgrade mine?

Can we change our contract? You can change plans, but not the contract time or access fees. You can upgrade the eligible line and not change the eligibility of the other line.
