I have a new phone and want to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. Like wallpaper and google apps.?

Sorry...I don't know how to explain my problem very well.  I was told when I got my new Droid 2 Turbo that they could take me old droid (android phone) and take everything: wallpaper, icons, contacts, contact icons and ringtones etc. (everything) and transfer it over to my new phone.  No such luck.  I got my google contacts and icons...I could of done that myself!  Text messages gone also.  I do have a backup service that I am paying for that I need to update ( can't find wallpaper picture and didn't delete old backups cause of that and ran out of space...MyBackupPro)  Anyway, I was wondering if Verizon should of/could of done that.  So now it is too late, but I still would like to know if Verizon does have the ability to take you stuff from your old phone and place it all on your new phone?  My daughter is getting the same phone and I don't want to make the same mistake or pay more money so she can backup her telephone temporarily to do this.  Verizon Cloud says that it will back up pictures......etc....and MORE...what is more exactly I can't find out.

Verizon Cloud is definitely the way to go!  I use it on my Droid and transferred everything to my newest Droid.  The Cloud can back up - contacts, photos/videos, songs, documents, call logs, and text messages.  It's the easiest thing that I've found to transfer information between Android devices.  Do you still have your old phone?  You can run Cloud over WiFi and might be able to back it up and then transfer it that way.  Hopefully this helps!
