I just got off a 2.5 hour phone call with customer service after spending an hour on chat with Reginald about being able to get out of these Lg G3 phones and being promised that I could renew my contract (another 2 years) and get 200.00 credit per line and get new phones at the UPGRADE price. After speaking for 2.5 hours on this and talking to the Managers Managers (Jamie) I get told "well we really wont miss your business we have a lot of customers"
Now is see Verizon true colors and I am really glad someone spoke up and told me the truth. I am not going to roll over and let VZ pick my pocket for years when I did nothing wrong, their Lollipop LG G3 phones are well documented to have major issues. Not my problem but I have to deal with it..
