Having issues getting my SMS messages from apps like Facebook and Twitter. Anyone else having any issues like this. I have a Galaxy S5
Make sure you have not disabled short code services/ premium SMS on your account.
Lucy4728, making sure you are able to receive all your alerts is very important. Snn5 brought up a very great point. Was this reviewed to ensure that feature has not been disabled?
Are all other types of texts working correctly?

Premium SMS is different than short code service. Premium SMS services typically come with a fee and yes they come from short codes but the 2 are not the same. I have Premium SMS blocked on all of my lines yet have no trouble receive short codes. I get a monthly coupon from Bed Bath and Beyond via a short code. I get alerts from Jamba Juice via short codes. I get Amazon and PayPal alerts via short codes as well.
