I need to change my voicemail greeting so it plays my recorded name, but I don't even have that option anymore. I've seen this flowchart and almost all of those options do not work, other than to change the language. I press other keys the flowchart says it and only tells me "you have pressed an incorrect key." I can't do this with visual voicemail either, it only gives me the option to use a personal greeting or a standard greeting with my phone number. Another issue is I can't send voice messages or reply messages to other Verizon clients using voicemail. Help??
