I accidentally erased my device with Find my iPhone. Can I recover what I lost?

Hi all. I accidentally erased my iPhone 5 and iPhone 4 with Find My Phone app. How can I restore these phones?

If you backed up via iCloud then you can restore it with that backup. Or if you manually backed up via iTunes. Otherwise you will only be able to restore it as new.
