The System Upgrad cut my sound volumes in half. I can barely hear ringtones, voicemails, alarms, even on speaker. How can I restore my Sound Volumes to pre-Upgrade levels???

I know that would bug me just the same and we're happy to help see what might be going on. To get started, what model of phone are we working with? And even though it may be a simple question, have you checked to ensure that all audio settings are set to the max within your device? Have there been any other recent changes to the device since this started such as new apps, app updates or damage? Do you notice this when plugging headphones or anything of the like into the device as well?

Thank you for your reply, wasn't sure how this works. I have a Droid
Turbo, received a system update notification, ran it, and that has to be
what caused the loss of volumes. No new apps, or damage, I checked the
sound and notification settings, everything is set to maximum. Played
with them but won't go any louder. No new apps, just the System Update.
I tried rebooting. Sound is OK with a Bluetooth headset, but don't
usually use one. And slept right through the alarm this morning.
Missed calls because can no longer hear ringtones when it is in my
purse.

Not a problem, we are here to assist and make sure this issue gets resolved for you. You have an awesome device! so this would concern me as well. I would like you to please test your phone in Safe Mode. This will temporarily disable all apps. Please follow these steps:

Thanks Carmen, Did that process twice and the sound remains very low.
How can I UNINSTALL the System Update? This process did not restore
the sound levels to the original factory settings. I had no other new
apps, just happened after the System Update. Surely I'm not the only
Android customer experiencing this volume loss after running the update.
They caused it, surely they have a solution for it? Right?
