When people call me they get a message that says "the verizon customer is not in service, please try again later". Does anyone know why?
Have you recently ported? Is you SIM card (if using 4G phone) installed correctly?
So last week my phone was not receiving or dialing out calls. It would just be dead air. So they put in a "ticket" to check the network. That took 3 days. Finally after more tests they sent me a new phone on Monday. So I had to take my sim card out of the old phone and put it in new phone. It has been working without issues until today.
Wonder if maybe a free SIM replacement at a corporate store might help since you reused it in the new phone.
