LG Transpyre

I just recently switched from C Spire to Verizon and I ported my number. It was successful but for some reason I can't receive calls but I can make them. & also my texts are not getting delivered and I'm not receiving any texts. Only a few people are able to text me. HELP.

"I just recently switched ... and ported my number" ... how recently? I can take 24-48 hours for the port to fully complete. Be sure your old phone is completely off (removing the battery if possible and removing the SIM card ensures it is not connected to service in any way) to enable to port process to complete.

If it's been more than a couple of days, call Verizon customer service (800-922-0204, or *611 from your cell phone) and they can troubleshoot to see what the hold up is in completing the port.

It took me calling the porting dept. ( 888-844-7095) to get my phone at 100% working, because my Boost phone was still making and receiving calls and texts and using data the next day, but my Verizon phone would receive and send texts and use data, but could only call out, but not receive calls. (Make sure to have your Boost or other carrier account number and PIN, if any, available. Boost makes you call them to get your account number, and make sure to say, "For my records."
