We moved into an office building last June and ever since we moved in we have had continual dropped calls and the voice comes and goes on both ends, even our neighbors upstairs are experiencing dropped calls on a regular basis. (they use Verizon too)
Steps we took to solve:
- Contacted Verizon - they suggested a booster
- Bought a Samsung Booster from Verizon
- Set it up - looks like it is working properly (all blue lights)
- Calls still drop and voice still fades in and out.
- Tested all cell phones in the office and they are connected to the booster #48
- Reset Network Settings on each phone.
- After many calls to Verizon we still have the exact same problem we had when we moved in.
- I have lived on the internet reading everyone's advice on what to do and have pretty much exhausted every idea out there.
- Bottom line is my boss is really upset and I don't know where else to go or who to turn to for support. I don't really want to leave Verizon, but it is getting to that point. We can't run a business like this.
Is there a specialist out there that can check RF?
Is it possible to have too much wireless in a building that would cause this problem?
Is it the IPhone 6?
Is it the booster?
Please help, Rebecca
