I have a HTC one m8 .tried removing email account and reinstalling message for outgoing server says cannot connect to server..install not finished.email through rcn.
Thanks for sharing those details Mfm23. We're not familiar with the "rcn" domain, but still want to help any way we can. When adding the email to the device we will need to ensure that we have the correct email settings? Are you aware if you have been provided the correct email settings to establish the email on another device? Performing a qucik search online we we're able to find settings here http://help.rcn.com/#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artId:2136:src:article. See if you can review your current email settings with what is currently required and keep us posted.
