I just got a phone plan on monday. I have the galaxy code prime and I can't receive any text at all. I can make and receive calls and can send text but can't receive any...somebody please help me resolve this issue
do you have any certain text message block or a number block in your phone? have you already tried power cycling your phone after you experienced this? did you already tried sending a message to yourself?
I've tried all of those things
is this a postpaid phone or a prepaid?
