If I do a factory reset will I lose all contacts, messages, social network data/activity? My boyfriend has changed my code to unlock phone and has changed my voice mail code. Is there anyway to unlock phone and reset code for phone and voice mail?
Factory reset will erase the phone of all user info. Backup anything before you do so, but in this case, if you cannot get into the phone, a reset may be necessary. You can try to proceed with incorrect log in attempts and that phone MIGHT allow you to enter Google Log in info, some do, some don't, but you should be told x of 10 attempts or similar. After the last failed attempt, the phone will erase itself.
