Unable to back up photos to cloud

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and have the Cloud app installed. I have 365 photos on my phone but when I try to back them up to the cloud, only 14 show up. How do I get all of the photos to back up? I have a replacement phone and need to get everything moved so I can send my phone back. Please advise. Thank you!

I am Leary of the Verizon cloud so don't use it.

all my contacts and photos are backedup to Google/gmail.

i Use Google photo (see link at top) to auto upload my pics when connected to wifi.

put the app on your old phone, give it time to upload, check the app for content. You can also see pictures online on a computer, in the app on any device. All with the Google sign in you already use.

I Just like to see my photos, know they are backed up. And having them available on multiple devices is great. Much easier to switch phones and never lose a picture.

I'm way to skeered to use the cloud for much stuff. Afraid someone will get all my valuable goodies!!

I would use Google Cloud to do this and not Verizon's Cloud. You will be much happier with it

We want you to have all of your photos from your device transferred to the replacement. I'm here to help. Oftentimes, when some of the photos backup but not all of them it's because they're store in a different folder than the original camera source folder. They could also already be backed up in a folder of the same name that may be on a SD memory card. Do you have a memory card already in your phone? If so, you only need to transfer that card to the replacement to have those photos. If the pictures are stored in a different photo than the device storage Camera folder, you'd only need to move them from the original file folder source to that same DCIM>Camera folder the others are stored in that are backing up to the Cloud. You can use your "My Files" app to copy/paste or move files between folders.

You can also use other cloud based apps as others have suggested above to backup all photo folders or import your photos to a computer via your USB cord.
