I tried to connect to my MHS yesterday and, out of the blue it can't connect. I've been using this phone and computer together for a year or more with no issues, and I haven't changed anything on either lately. Last update on the phone was about 2-3 weeks ago, and I've used the MHS since then with no issues. Went through the troubleshooters on the computer with no success. Can anyone figure this out?
On another tangent, can anyone tell me how to get my 4g lte to work like it should, or just disable it completely? It randomly switches between it and 3g, and every time it goes to 4g, it bogs down to about dial up speed. Even with full bars it runs slow. People keep telling me it's because of all the crap on my phone, but it's done this since day one, before I started putting stuff on it. I had this same issue on my last phone , too. Thanks for the help.
