My Samsung Note 4 has purple smears all over it....What can i do if I dont have insurance?

I dont know what to do. Phone is fully functional, but I can barely see what going on. It doesnt show up in my pics. No water and no drops...

How new is the phone? Many Note 4 devices should still be under a Samsung factory warranty. Try talking with Samsung via their Live Chat and doing an RMA with them.
