Having an issue receiving phone calls. Phone doesn't ring..goes to voice mail and calls don't show up in my recent calls list. this happens almost every day..but at sometimes I do get calls. Also..I will often get a message when I make a phone call saying not in service area. This is my business line so I cannot be missing calls..any help appreciated.
Its very important to have a reliable phone and service when running a business Keevah. I'm sorry you're having issues but we are here to help get those resolved. Where are you located (zipcode)? ARre issue with calls only inside?

I am on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. It is weird sometimes I will get a
phone call..then at the end of the day I have 6 voice mails..the phone
never rang and the calls don't show up in my Reventon call list

Missing calls would have me concerned as well Keevah. We don't want anything interferring with your business. Let's keep at this for you. How long has this been happening? What zip code does this happen in? Are texts and data working?

I am in zip code 02648...This has been happening in the last two months.
I receive texts and voice mails with no problem. I sometimes receive phone
calls...and sometimes I don't it is random. I can go a whole day without
receiving calls...and then I will see 4 or 5 voice mails. The calls do not
show up in my recent calls tab at all. I will also sometimes have problems
making phone calls. It will sometimes say out of service area...but I am
at my house. I have seen on the internet that this has seemed to be a
familiar problem for other people. so I am not sure if it is a Verizon or
a Samsung Galaxy issue. I don't have a land line in my home and this phone
is also my business phone. So not getting calls is upsetting me and my
clients. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated. I apologize
for not getting back right away...but I am usually busy from 7am to 7pm
daily.
