Since this upgrade, I have been experiencing vaious issue with my phone:
- I place or receive a call when the call goes through, I can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me. I reboot (turn off, wait 10+ seconds, and turn it back on) and the call goes through as normal.
- At times, when I press to increase the call volume, the media volume appears, not the phones.
- There are others tht aren't coming to mind right now.
I have been to two different Verizon stores, the first downloaded/installed Advanced Task Killer (ATK), which worked the length of the parking lot. The second, did a complete restore save the version 2.1. That lasted up the block then at home I installed ATK but still had to turn off/on to use it.
I have called Verizon, reached the end of their knowledge and waited on the line for quite awhile for an HTC representative.
My phone is just over 2 months old nad the problem started after the update.
Any ideas?
