Droid Turbo MMS Sending Issues.

Both me and my wife have Droid Turbo's and cannot send pictures via text. This seems to only happen at home. Although reception is fine and I can even watch videos fine. I did a speed test and I am getting 4G speeds. But try and send photo and it fails.Just tells me delivery failed. Any ideas?

Thanks for the follow up and keeping us posted. To make sure, at this moment, WiFi is disabled, correct? Have you recieved a message alert stating that the message has failed?

If you haven't had one set up, I highly recommend reaching out to 1-800-922-0204, and working with our tech support to set up a service ticket if needed. They can also run a few tests, and help sync your account with the network, which can help get the messages going through.

Look no further help is here jmadden24. Lets get those messages up to Turbo speed. How long has this been going on? Are you able to receive MMS (picture) messages? Do you have wifi enabled on your phone when this happens?

Hello,

This has been going for a couple weeks. Happens with both wi-fi on and off. My signal seems fine with wi-fi off and I can do everything else but send a MMS.

Thanks so much for the additional information jmadden24. Are you using the regular text application, Messages +, or a 3rd party application? Was there any updates or changes made to the device before this started?

I have tried both the stock app and the Google Messenger with the same results. No update and this is happening on both my and my wife's Turbos.
