My Samsung tablet 10.1 won't turn on. I have tried the hard factory reset and with the first step it only flashes the black screen and then goes off. Anybody have any ideas?
Tamiaboc, let's bring it back to life. Have you charged the tablet to it's full capacity? Does the battery icon populate on the screen when it's connected to a charger? Does your device have any physical or liquid damage?
