Can the AT&T S6 Active used on the Verizon network

Can you outright buy the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and then activate it on the Verizon network? I don't want a Lifeproof case, that didn't protect my wife's S4 worth a crap, but I want the S6 Active phone. If I have to leave Verizon I will and take all my devices and service with me but I would prefer not doing that.

It does not have CDMA radios, so you would not have voice calls, and may not have all necessary LTE radios, so data could be hit or miss.
