Screen is frozen. Will not allow hard reset either. Any suggestions that don't involve a swinging hammer?
So, you cannot hold the power button or the power and volume down button for 15-30 seconds to reboot? What about complete discharge of battery and recharge? If not, might be time to look for something newer.
