Droid Turbo update bugs/mobile hotspot

My Droid Turbo's mobile hotspot quit working and the 5.1 update. I have the edge plan with 10GB a month. It worked fine on KitKat, so I'm sure my "plan" includes the feature. Has anyone had

this issue too and maybe a fix? My handset is the black nylon 64GB version.

I forgot to mention that I did a factory reset immediately after the update completed.

I want your phone's Mobile Hotspot to work as intended Michael! Thanks for the details provided, they are very helpful. I recommend to login at http://vzw.com/features and remove Mobile Hotspot, then power your phone off and on, then add the feature again and test. Keep us posted.

I am having trouble trying to locate a toggle or option to trigger the Mobile hotspot feature within MyPlan or anywhere else on the website. I followed the link you posted, but there is not a featured tab that deals with mobile hotspot individually and it is not buried within one of the tabs that I currently have enabled. My plan does have Mobile Hotspot Trigger listed on MyPlan with a $0.00 amount listed beside it but with no way to just" turn it off" and them back on again. Thanks for the attempt, and if you how to do it, a step by step set of instructions would be appreciated. Thanks again.
